    • Building Leadership Team: Worked closely with the building principal, other administrators, and team leaders to develop the School Improvement Plan, develop a plan of action for use of data collected from score results, build the master schedule, and conduct staff development.
    • District Leadership Team: Worked to develop a positive environment for the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School System and focused on the development of a district-wide curriculum for grades K-12.
